Job portfolio of a Manager, HR & Admin:

Accountability 1: Organization Leadership, Planning & Strategy

  1. Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the Bangladesh location management team.
  2. Coordinate with support and development teams the operational work plan by cooperating and consulting with HODs and also with other members of the team.
  3. Analyze manpower strength and manpower needs of teams in Bangladesh on half yearly basis with cooperation of all departmental heads and HR team.
  4. Develop talent acquisition and recruitment plan for Bangladesh teams with the help of concerned departments.
  5. Enrich employer branding for Field Nation in most effective way in the market to attract people for all departments.
  6. Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning with the help of Managing director.

Accountability 2: Organization Development

  1. Ensure the organization has internal processes and policies responsible for organization- wide talent planning, retention and development.
  2. Collaborating with a US HR team – develop and implement HR & Administration policy across all areas of the organization including improving performance, maximizing productivity and providing effective management of change.
  3. Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Admin), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  4. Support management by providing human resources & administration advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  5. Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement different policies & procedures.
  6. Formulate professional and communication skill development plan for all employees in BD and ensure the implementation with the help of all concerned.
  7. Review relevant training, development and process improvements that are created by US operations teams and implement them appropriately for BD teams.

Accountability 3: HR Operations

  1. Prepare annual HR budget.
  2. Plan, coordinate, and participate in recruitment and selection processes.
  3. Drive Performance Feedback culture.
  4. Implement cost effective compensation and benefit policies based on market practice in order to ensure that organization’s practice is competitive.
  5. Analyze the training needs for each departments and formulate effective development plan for new joiners as well as existing employees.
  6. Facilitate in-house Training & Development programs and assist in ensuring training objectives are in place for all employees.

Accountability 4: Team Management

  1. Leading, directing and guiding the HR, Operations & Admin teams to deliver comprehensive services.
  2. Provide professional coaching, team building, leadership development, and organization development expertise to new, experienced leaders and teams.
  3. Liaison with local government offices, law & enforcement authorities, local community, etc.

You are qualified for this position if you have:

  • 4-year Degree required.
  • 3+ years of high-level recruiting experience.
  • 5+years prior Human Resources experience.
  • Willingness to work from 1 PM to 10 PM BD time.
  • Willing to work at Uttata, Dhaka.
  • Experience in IT and Call center industry will be a plus.
  • Prior experience working in customer support and technical staffing.
  • English proficiency.
  • Strong relationship development expertise.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about finding professionals a work alternative.

Education:

  • 4-year Degree required, degree in Human Resource Management is a plus.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    • General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Training & Development, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Experience:

  • 3+ years of high-level recruiting experience.
  • 5+years prior Human Resources experience.
