  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Making recommendations of candidates to the departmental heads.
  • Coordinating interviews with the departmental heads.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process.
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity.
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Partner with US to collaborate on best recruitment practices.
  • Utilize available technology to improve efficiencies in the process.

You are qualified for this position if you have:

    1. 4-year Degree required in Human Resource Management.
    2. 1+ years of recruiting experience required. .
    3. 1+years prior Human Resources experience preferred.
    4. Willingness to work from 1 PM to 10 PM BD time.
    5. Willing to work at Uttara, Dhaka.
    6. Experience in IT and Call center industry will be a plus.
    7. Prior experience working in customer support and technical staffing.
    8. English proficiency.
    9. Strong relationship development expertise.
    10. Self-motivated and passionate about finding professionals a work alternative.
