Senior Sales Development Representative

Why is this role important to Field Nation?
The Senior Sales Development Representative will work to connect Field Nation to new clients in developing markets. By sourcing, creating, and qualifying new sales clients into the growth team’s process, this person will work to develop new markets and client relationships to continue enabling Field Nation’s growth and expansion efforts. This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This position is located in Minneapolis, MN.What you’ll do:

  • Hunt and aggressively prospect new business
  • Develop new and ongoing partnerships through value selling and solutioning to grow customer partnerships
  • Partner and engage with C-level, Executives, IT, and other key stakeholders within your accounts
  • Organize sales/marketing defined campaigns focused on target markets
  • Successfully work with the Growth team to drive focused pipeline generation
  • Implement agreed action plan(s) and forecast(s) to ensure attainment of business objectives
  • Contribute individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of customer satisfaction and quality lead qualification
  • Demonstrate a professional, customer centric approach during all customer interactions
  • Use a combination of cold calling, email marketing, prospect facing activities for pipeline generation
  • Participate in the on-going planning of our product and services strategy to meet market and client requirements and opportunities
  • Create campaigns in Salesforce to track growth campaign activities
  • Utilize ZoomInfo database to bring relevant prospects into our outreach campaigns
  • Create multi-touch reach out sequences (emails, LinkedIn messages, phone scripts)
  • Organize prospects into sequences using HubSpot Sales Starter
  • Place outbound phone calls to warm prospects
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Contribute to competitive intelligence and market research initiatives as needed

What you’ll need:
  • Post-Secondary degree or like Business experience
  • 2-5 years of inside or outside sales or relevant business experience
  • Experience speaking to Senior Level Executives
  • Comfort with cold calling 2.0
  • Desire to work and thrive in a fast-pace, ever-changing market and environment
  • Motivated by achieving extraordinary goals
  • Obsession with creating unbelievable products
  • Experience in Field Service, Telecom, IT Services, Technology, Staffing, Electrical, or Retail industries preferred
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach, and Groove preferred
