Updates for Clients

Talent Pools

When adding to talent pool, talent pool list now displays in alphabetical order, and can be filtered.

Multi-location Work Orders

For clients who use a Salesforce integration, data from children work orders will send data back to Salesforce. If parent network changes, child locations automatically move into that network as well.

Updates for Technicians

In the coming weeks we will be moving to a new payment vendor to make payments easier. More information to come.

Updates for Field Nation ONE users

Schedule

Clients who have employees uploaded into Field Nation ONE can view employee daily schedules to see who is available to complete work. Only assigned work orders will show on Schedule.

To use Schedule, clients can create an event by highlighting the time and it will directly go into Work Order Create. Scheduling view displays in your timezone – once a location is set the timezone will shift to the work order location time zone.
