Updates for Clients

New Work Order View

A new Work Order view is coming in the next few weeks. You can view the changes here. The same functionality is available with a clean, easier to use view.

Updates for Technicians

Payment

Added a Connect with PayPal button to verify PayPal accounts prior to payment. This will help ensure payments are processed faster and correctly.

Updates for Field Nation ONE

Schedule

 Clients can create Work Orders directly from a technician’s schedule. From here, the client can select a draft Work Order to assign.

Clients can also color code schedules for a visual representation of technician availability.

 

 

 Clients can view recently created Work Orders and assign right within the schedule view. If the Work Order you want to assign has a different scheduled time than the selected time on the technician’s schedule the Work Order schedule will be updated to the current view.

Blocked Technicians

Bug fix. Blocked employees were showing in Schedule. Now Admins can mark staff as inactive or deactivated to prevent them from showing up in Schedule.
