“On My Way” Changes
Technicians are now restricted on both desktop and mobile to marking “On My Way” or checking in within the confirmation window.
Clients can now set up auto-dispatch at a project level. To set up, go into Project Settings and enable auto-dispatch.
- During project set-up, if auto-dispatch is available, a new button appears that says “Create and Auto-dispatch.“
- A pop-up will appear with pre-filled project details.
Updates for Technicians
Technicians can only mark On My Way and check-in within the confirmation window.
Updates for Field Nation ONE Users
- Filters now auto-select up to 10 based on enabled filters.
- View schedule by day, week, month.
- Color update: easy to view by month.
