Growing businesses use Field Nation to connect with over 18,000 independent technicians across the U.S. These technicians are geographically distributed to meet client needs quickly, often within as little as 12 minutes for a first request. You’ll find talent where and when you need it.

The Provider Match experience on Field Nation makes finding and assigning the right independent technician faster and easier than ever. Bring the best technicians to the top of your results based on criteria that matters most to you. Whether they’re closest to the job site, have the most work experience, or have the necessary license or certification – tech selection is now your chance to save time and effort, and take back control over onsite outcomes.

You start by entering work order details, including the type of work, scope, tasks, location, and pay. You can route the work order to an independent technician you trust or publish it to the marketplace, where skilled technicians request the work, often responding to needs within minutes. Quickly filter technicians by required skills, location, and reliability metrics. The Field Nation platform allows you to communicate in real-time on-site and when the work is complete, you review the deliverables to ensure all expectations are met.

Field Nation streamlines payment by processing transactions through the platform. Once you approve the completed work, the independent technician is paid directly on Field Nation.
