Field Nation's Non-discrimination Policy
Field Nation is committed to creating and fostering a platform where all of its users are treated with respect and dignity. Therefore, Field Nation prohibits discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, ancestry, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, gender identity, results of genetic testing, status in regard to public assistance, military service or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Examples of prohibited discrimination include, but are not limited to, doing any of the following based on these characteristics:
- Refusing to provide or accept services*
- Providing different pricing*
- Using derogatory terms, racial slurs, sexual innuendo, or other similarly inappropriate or harassing conduct
Report discriminatory behavior
Anyone who believes they have been discriminated against, has witnessed, or been made aware of a Field Nation user whose behavior is in violation of our policies should report the user immediately.
Our investigation process
Field Nation will investigate complaints made by platform users and resolve them appropriately. Any user found to have violated this policy may lose access to the Field Nation platform.
*Pricing and work order assignments are agreements between the Buyer and Provider, but Field Nation reserves the right to intervene if someone has broken the terms of our Non-discrimination Policy.
