As a valued customer, we’re offering an invoice funding model that allows you to continue to conduct work while also improving your cash flow.  Instead of funding your Field Nation account in advance of posting work orders, the invoice model allows you to post and complete work orders, then fund the account after you have approved the work. 

In early February, we sent a one-page funding addendum to current prefund users based in California that you can use to establish your invoice model with Field Nation.  Simply fill out the addendum and reply back to the email you received last week with the document attached. Once the addendum is received, Field Nation will enable your account within two business days.

– Your company posts work orders up to an established maximum dollar value.
– Your company approves work orders when the work is complete.
– Each Friday and at month-end, Field Nation will invoice all the work orders your company approved during the week.
– The following Friday, Field Nation will initiate a direct debit for the sum of the previous week’s invoiced work orders and initiate payment to technicians.
– Technicians will be paid one week later than in the prefund model.

By funding the account after work order completion, your cash flows improve 3-5 weeks. Also, by shifting from credit card to ACH direct debit, you will eliminate credit card fees.  There are no additional fees with the Invoice model. 

Yes.  You can pay your current invoice via credit card until Thursday, February 18th at 12 PM CST.  Any remaining balance will be direct debited from your account on Friday.   

You can continue to use your current prefund balance for work orders.  To withdraw the funds from your account, please complete a withdrawal request. Once the request is received, Field Nation will refund the balance back to you in the method you sent the funds.
