When you use LaborFlex, we work to get you the best possible rate based on your job’s needs. In some cases, you might see a 10% estimated fee during the quote stage—this is only an estimate as we establish a do-not-exceed (DNE) amount so you can secure a PO.
That quote includes everything: technician time, platform access, and any partner support needed to fulfill the work. Once we source a tech and finalize the work order, that rate is adjusted to reflect the actual time on site—so you often end up paying less than the quoted amount.
