Establish credibility with ratings
Ratings on a talent marketplace like Field Nation help customers select a technician and help you stand out from the competition. Our rating system goes from “great” (5 stars) to poor (1 star), and includes optional comments as well as specific performance ratings.
Clients may rate you on a work order any time after it is assigned to you, and your public ratings will become visible immediately.
Complete a background check
Currently, 76% of work orders posted to Field Nation require a background check, and most top clients require background checks that have been completed within the last 12 months. If you have not completed a background check, you may miss out on work because clients filter their search when looking for technicians.
You must purchase your tests through Field Nation. Field Nation is integrated with Checkr, so you can order drug tests and background checks right from the platform.
