Field Nation Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines serve to ensure that all members of the Field Nation Community have a shared standard of respect, responsibility, and common courtesy when interacting with each other through our marketplace. This page is meant as a resource to contextualize existing Field Nation guidelines and set clear expectations for user behavior.

Professionalism

Together we can make our community a place where we can accomplish great things. As a professional platform, Field Nation maintains a high standard for civil and safe interactions.

Keep work at work

Contact that is unrelated to  work is often unwanted. Do not reach out socially or try to visit someone after a job has been completed.

Respect others

Refrain from making comments or asking questions  about personal topics, such as religious beliefs, political affiliation, marital status, and/or physical appearance.

Maintain others’ privacy

Do not take or share unauthorized photos or videos of a job location, personnel, or other proprietary company information without the consent of the company or its staff.

Respect and Safety

Field Nation wants all members of our community to feel safe and supported during all engagements. You should treat everyone with respect in every interaction.

Be professional

Keep conversations and behavior professional to ensure that all individuals feel safe and respected.

Respect space

Do not engage in any unwanted physical contact, which can be seen as harassment.

Prioritize safety

Follow local, state, and federal laws during all Field Nation engagements. Additionally, we expect that you never try to coerce others to break the law or convey an intent to harm anyone physically or verbally.

All are welcome

Together we can foster a positive and inclusive experience for everyone interacting with the Field Nation platform.

Be yourself

Representing yourself authentically is critical to creating an environment where technicians, companies and their clients can trust one another.

Accuracy matters

The information in the work order, your account, and in your profile must be accurate (i.e. legal name, location, contact information, credentials, etc.) and be kept up-to-date.

Honesty is the best policy

Be honest and don’t exaggerate or misrepresent your experience, budget, scope, credentials, skills, and work history.

Only assigned Providers on-site

Documented Buyer approval is required to dispatch anyone other than the assigned Provider as well as bring anyone else to site.
