During the latest New & Next webinar, we highlighted tools that empower buyers to track provider performance and make informed assignment decisions. These updates enhance how buyers evaluate provider quality by offering standardized metrics and a more accurate rating system.

Real-time performance tracking for providers (10:05)

The new Business Dashboard, launched in June, helps providers monitor their performance metrics, such as timeliness and cancellation rates, directly in the mobile app. This increased visibility encourages providers to maintain strong reliability metrics and understand how buyers evaluate their work.

Improving feedback accuracy

With 81% of providers receiving perfect five-star public ratings, many buyers struggled to identify exceptional service. The new Private Feedback system creates buyer-specific ratings that help buyers better track and manage the service quality of their trusted providers. Upcoming enhancements will:

  • Simplify the current 0-10 rating scale
  • Better target the right team members to provide feedback
  • Streamline quality of service tracking for trusted providers
