Buyers can use the Provider Success Score (PSS) to quickly identify and assign work to providers who consistently deliver great work. In addition, we have recently introduced the My Company Provider Success Score (PSS), a relationship-specific score that shows how each provider actually engages with you.
Buyers can now capture revisit reasons, job completion status, and cost tracking across multiple work orders.
Buyers can view schedule conflicts at a glance in the new Provider Match experience and make sure they’re routing or assigning only to available providers.
Now buyers can add pre-approved additional charges to the work order and template create pages, which then displays for providers on the Work Orders page in the mobile app.
Providers are now alerted of schedule conflicts, which allows them to request a new schedule or indicate that there isn’t a conflict.
Timeliness and Cancellation Rates are now based on a provider’s last 30 work orders to reflect more recent behavior.
Providers now have a barcode scanner for the “number or decimal” or “text” field type to scan barcodes rather than enter part numbers manually.
The new Providers tab makes it faster and easier for buyers to find and assign the best, most reliable providers.
We’ve introduced a more granular breakdown of work types, allowing for more precise matching between buyer work orders and provider experience.
Starting July 1, 2024, work orders in Illinois will automatically include the buyer’s business address to comply with new regulations.
