    “Ship to other location” now “Pre-site Pickup”

    To add clarity to the location name, we’ve changed “Ship to other location” to “Pre-site Pickup.” Buyers can add this location from within the Shipments section of a work order, and providers will see this title anywhere there is a required pre-site pickup prior to arriving on the job site.

    Pre-site Pickup Location Visibility

    We’ve increased the visibility of a work order pre-site pickup location. Providers now see a separate line item for a required pre-site pickup location directly in the mobile work order card view, and can easily distinguish between pre-site and job site locations in the work order map view.

    Pre-Approved Additional Charges

    New Provider Match Updates

    For those that have the applicable features enabled, buyers can create a work order with no location. Partners performing dispatch work can now use the new provider match. Released a bug fix to support for multi-site work orders.

    Custom Selection Rules in the New Provider Match

    Buyers can now see Custom Selection Rules applied on the New Provider Match page. The rules on the page have been enhanced for better transparency of scores and clear tie-breaking.

    Private Feedback Details Now in New Provider Match

    Buyers can now see detailed Private Feedback—including who left it, what was said, and for which work orders—directly in the Job History modal. This update makes it easier to assess providers without leaving the match page.

    We’ve added enhancements, including the ability to filter for talent types if buyers have private networks and view them as a provider badge. We’ve also improved the performance Route and Pending Assignment tab for load times with large amounts of data and added support for the BEV rules to apply on the page.

    Flightboard Shipments Column Statuses

    The Shipments column has been updated to display up to two shipment statuses. Buyers can also click the shipment link, which will open the side drawer to display additional shipment details, and can filter work orders based on the shipment status.

    New Mass Approval Limits

    To ensure team members do not mass approve work orders with higher-than-expected pay, Buyer Admins can set Mass Approval Limits within their company settings.

    Arrival Window Schedule Configuration

    Buyers now have more flexibility when setting work order schedules. Require providers to commit to a “Hard Start” time, so you know exactly when they’ll arrive and add helpful details like store hours or completion deadlines in the Schedule Note field.
