We are excited to announce the launch of the Provider Success Score. The Provider Success Score (PSS) offers a powerful, comprehensive view of your business’s service quality, making it easier than ever to stand out to buyers, identify your strengths and opportunities, and win more work.
Buyers can view schedule conflicts at a glance in the new Provider Match experience and make sure they’re routing or assigning only to available providers.
Service Company admins and managers can now use the Field Nation mobile app to manage work orders on behalf of their Service Company’s Managed Providers.
Now buyers can add pre-approved additional charges to the work order and template create pages, which then displays for providers on the Work Orders page in the mobile app.
