My Business Dashboard is a provider-only dashboard inside the Field Nation mobile app that consolidates your key performance metrics, giving you a view of how you’re performing on the marketplace.

 

This dashboard is designed to help providers:

Core Components of the Dashboard

Provider Success Score

The Provider Success Score (PSS) is a clear, comprehensive measure of your reliability and service quality on Field Nation. It brings together key performance signals to show how consistently you meet marketplace expectations.

Your PSS is calculated using three core factors:

  • Timeliness Score, which reflects how reliably you meet scheduling and check-in expectations

  • Backout Score, which measures your commitment to accepted work

  • Buyer Satisfaction Score, based on feedback from completed jobs

Together, these scores give you a clear view of how your performance compares across the marketplace. A strong PSS helps you stand out to buyers and can play an important role in how providers are evaluated during the vetting process.

Backout Score

The Backout Score reflects how reliably you follow through on accepted assignments. It is based on your most recent 30 assigned work orders and shows how often you back out after committing to work.

No Shows have the greatest negative impact on this score, while Late Backouts carry more weight than Early Backouts. Maintaining a strong Backout Score signals to buyers that you can be counted on once you accept an assignment and helps build trust in your reliability.

Timeliness Score

The Timeliness Score measures how consistently you check in relative to scheduled start times or defined arrival windows across your last 30 assignments.

Checking in on time positively impacts this score, while early and late check-ins are weighted differently based on how far they fall outside expectations. Actively managing your Timeliness Score helps strengthen reliability signals and shows buyers that you respect schedules and service commitments.

Buyer Satisfaction

The Buyer Satisfaction score is based on private feedback from buyers on up to your last 100 completed work orders where feedback was submitted. It reflects how buyers perceive the quality and consistency of your service.

Signals that contribute to this score include incomplete work orders, buyer blocks that exclude you from future work, private feedback comments, and confirmed reported events. Reviewing these insights helps you understand buyer expectations and identify opportunities to improve service quality and long-term relationships.

How to access your dashboard

The My Business Dashboard gives you a clear snapshot of how your business is performing on Field Nation. You can track work volume, completion trends, spend over time, and provider engagement, along with changes in marketplace activity that may impact your work. Metrics shown may vary based on account activity, but each view is designed to highlight the insights that matter most.

 

To view it as a provider:

  1. Open the Field Nation app
  2. Tap the menu icon (upper left)
  3. Select My Business Dashboard from the dropdown

This feature is only available to providers who have marketplace access and have been assigned work.
