Route and assign to the first technician who accepts, meaning your work orders are only routed to technicians who meet or exceed your required criteria. The first technician to accept the routed work order will be assigned to it.
Directly assign to the most qualified technician, meaning your work orders are published to the marketplace and can receive requests from technicians. The first provider to meet or exceed your required criteria will be automatically assigned.
SmartAudit Approval Automation
SmartAudit allows you to expedite the work order approval process by automatically approving work orders that meet all of your pre-defined criteria. SmartAudit rule criteria can include pay limit, check-in accuracy, Talent Pools, and tags. You can also decide how many business days a work order will be queued until it’s automatically approved. If no approval window is selected, work orders will be approved by default within one business day when the feature is enabled.
