As the first of its kind, Field Nation’s Provider Success Score (PSS) is a predictive quality signal designed specifically for field service. Unlike traditional rating systems or anecdotes, the PSS is powered by delivery outcome metrics that matter most:
Timeliness. Did the provider start on time?
Backouts. How reliably do they complete the work they accept?
Buyer Satisfaction. Do buyers consistently report positive results?
The PSS also emphasizes recency, so recent performance weighs more heavily than older history. The result is a single, trusted score that makes it easier to identify providers who are most likely to deliver great outcomes.
Smart Talent Pools offer an automated way to move preferred technicians into your Talent Pools. Prioritizing compliance with your requirements (or your end client’s requirements) for things like background checks and drug tests. When a technician no longer meets those requirements, for example, a background check completed in the last 12 months, you’ll receive an alert along with the option to remove them from your Talent Pool.
Talent Pool Management
For companies who need or want help curating and maintaining their Talent Pools, Field Nation’s Enterprise Package includes a dedicated Talent Advisor who will regularly review alignment of your Talent Pools with your requirements for current and upcoming work. The Talent Advisor also communicates with technicians if or when they fall out of compliance with your requirements, and helps the technician meet those requirements or find a suitable replacement technician.
Long-term engagements

We help you find talent quickly through our marketplace, then our trusted third-party Employer of Record (EOR) onboards them as temporary W2 employees.
