Provider Referral Program Terms and Conditions

By checking the box to “I Agree to the programs terms and conditions,” you (“User”) accept the following terms for the Referral Program:

1. Eligibility

To participate in the referral program (“Program”), the User must:

  • Be a registered Provider;
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Submit referrals through Field Nation’s designated referral process; and
  • Not be an employee, contractor, or agent of Field Nation unless expressly authorized in writing.

Field Nation reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any User for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

2. Qualifying Referral

For Referral Program purposes, a “Buyer” is a business that hires technicians and/or manages field work that has not previously engaged with Field Nation and not already in Field Nation’s sales pipeline, prospect list, or marketing database.

A referral is considered a Qualifying Referral only if:

  1. The User submits accurate contact details for the Buyer; and
  2. Field Nation is able to contact the Buyer and successfully conduct a meeting (phone, video, or in-person) with them.

Field Nation has sole discretion to determine whether a referral is new, valid, and qualifies under this Program.

3. Reward

For each Qualifying Referral:

  • The User will receive one (1) $50 gift card after Field Nation has completed a meeting with the referred Buyer.
  • The type and issuer of the gift card will be selected by Field Nation.
  • Rewards are limited to one gift card per referred Buyer, regardless of how many Users submit the same referral.
  • Rewards may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.

Field Nation reserves the right to substitute a reward of equivalent value.

4. Timing of Reward

Rewards will be issued within a reasonable time after confirmation of a Qualifying Referral. Field Nation is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information provided by the User.

5. Communication and Updates

Field Nation may, at its discretion, provide the User with periodic updates regarding the status of the referral. However:

  • Field Nation is not obligated to provide ongoing updates, and
  • Field Nation makes no guarantee that any information will be shared beyond basic status acknowledgments.

6. Confidentiality of Buyer Discussions

Any and all communications, negotiations, or interactions between Field Nation and the referred Buyer are strictly confidential.

  • Field Nation will not disclose the contents, progress, or outcome of discussions with the Buyer.
  • The User agrees not to request or demand confidential information regarding any Buyer.

7. No Agency or Employment Relationship

Participation in this Program does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, agency, or contractor relationship between the User and Field Nation. The User may not make commitments or representations on behalf of Field Nation.

8. Taxes

The User is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations related to rewards received through this Program. Field Nation may issue tax forms as required by law.

9. Program Changes and Termination

Field Nation may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.

  • Any referrals submitted before termination will be evaluated under the Terms in effect at the time of submission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Field Nation will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Program.
  • Field Nation’s total liability for any claim related to the Program will not exceed the value of the reward for the applicable Qualifying Referral.

11. Disqualification

Field Nation may refuse to issue a reward or may disqualify a User if:

  • False, misleading, or incomplete information is provided;
  • The referral violates applicable laws or third-party rights; or
    The User violates these Terms or any of the Field Nation Terms and Conditions.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By checking the acceptance box to “I Agree to the programs terms and conditions,” or submitting a referral, the User confirms they have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
