For Gina Schultz, collaboration is more than a buzzword. It’s a vital aspect of her role as senior account manager at Field Nation.

“I love working with people who are passionate about their work and want to improve and innovate,” she says. “That’s what Field Nation is all about.”

After spending four years in account management for a staffing company, Gina was drawn to Field Nation’s reputation as a tech business with an intriguing culture.

“Once I started at Field Nation, I realized the company was not a startup, but a well-oiled machine,” she adds. “At the same time, it has the fun, energetic, and innovative culture of a startup.”

Gina has been with Field Nation for almost five years, starting as a customer success specialist and advancing to various sales and account management roles after several promotions. She currently works with existing customers to help them grow their business using Field Nation’s tools and functionality.

Gina loves solving problems for her clients and developing solutions that fit their needs.

“Field Nation is not a one-size-fits-all platform,” she describes. “It’s flexible and adaptable for different industries and markets. I partner with my clients to learn about their needs and opportunities, and help them use the platform to optimize their performance.”

Gina is especially proud of her team’s work in the electric vehicle (EV) charging space. She and her team collaborated with other departments at Field Nation to identify technicians that install and maintain EV charging stations. She has witnessed the success of clients and technicians who benefit from working with Field Nation in this area.

“The EV industry is changing the world, and Field Nation is helping it grow. It’s amazing to be part of that,” she says.

Gina’s favorite Field Nation tradition is the monthly “Cheers” meeting and newly created Slack channel, where the whole company celebrates and gives kudos to each other. She loves sharing successes and gratitude with her colleagues.

According to Gina, the “Cheers” are more fun as the company grows and evolves. “It’s a great way to connect with everyone and see how we’re all working towards the same goal: to win as a company and to succeed.”

When Gina isn’t working, she likes to spend time with her fiancé and enjoy the outdoors.

“We do everything we can to be outside when we have nice weather here in Minnesota, including bonfires and barbecues. We just moved into a new home, so I’m also looking forward to doing more gardening this summer.”

For Gina, teamwork and culture make Field Nation special. “It’s a friendly and supportive atmosphere that inspires creativity and action,” she concludes.
