As we look back on 2020, we recognize the strength and tenacity of the customers and technicians on our marketplace. Despite the many unknowns and technology transformations, they persisted and found ways to safely maintain and support critical infrastructures. We owe these 2020 wins to them.

  • In 2020, 891,200 work orders were completed on the platform, despite the effects of the pandemic
  • 2019 work order volume: 1,032,558
  • Work order average value increased $4 across all work types from 2019 to 2020

Users: People-powered performance

  • 26,374 new technicians brought their skills to the Field Nation platform
  • 13% of assigned work orders connected companies to new technicians
  • 5% more companies posted work to Field Nation in 2020 than in 2019

Coverage: Where and when you need it most

  • Work orders were completed in 24,299 U.S. zip codes and 5,000 Canadian postal codes

  • Networking is the most popular type of work on the platform, with 145,613 work orders
  • Audio-visual work orders increased by 42.2% year over year
  • Commercial Electrical work orders increased by 190% year over year
