We are excited to announce the launch of the Provider Success Score. The Provider Success Score (PSS) offers a powerful, comprehensive view of your business’s service quality, making it easier than ever to stand out to buyers, identify your strengths and opportunities, and win more work.
Providers are now restricted from requesting schedule changes starting 30 minutes before a work order begins, with exemptions for qualifying buyer workflows.
Buyer Unresponsive has been removed as a problem type. Providers can use ‘I need a response from someone’ to send details directly to the buyer.
