As highlighted in our recent New & Next webinar, the new Provider Match experience represents a significant update to how buyers find and assign providers. Early feedback shows companies experiencing fewer quality issues and greater efficiency in the provider selection process.

Understanding the enhanced experience (30:39)

The updated Provider Match interface gives buyers more detailed provider information with fewer clicks. The platform automatically identifies required skill combinations and surfaces providers with relevant experience. Expanded work categories allow buyers to specify up to three additional work types to cover the full scope of work when vetting providers.

Recent improvements 

Enhanced features help buyers make more informed assignment decisions:

  • Schedule conflict visibility allows buyers to see potential scheduling issues before routing or assigning work
  • The last active filter helps identify regularly engaged providers
  • Enhanced sorting options highlight providers with the most completed jobs
  • A streamlined process for hiding and unhiding provider requests
  • Improved access to private feedback ratings and themes

Coming enhancements 

Field Nation continues to refine the Provider Match experience with upcoming improvements, including:

  • Visual updates to show more providers in a single view
  • More efficient multi-provider routing
  • Support for custom selection rules
