Star Rating Removed From Provider Match

Star Ratings have been removed from provider cards in Provider Match. Moving forward, the best way for buyers to capture their experience working with a provider is Private Feedback. As a reminder, Private Feedback is a key factor in calculating the Provider Success Score and also displays within Provider Match. Please note that Star Ratings are still visible within a provider’s full profile.

Provider Match Improvements

We made a variety of improvements to the provider card within Provider Match related to quality indicators and how marketplace vs company-specific data is displayed, allowing buyers to make faster and more confident assignment decisions:

  • Block Rate has been replaced by Buyer Satisfaction: We’ve replaced Block Rate with a Buyer Satisfaction label, which is part of the Provider Success Score (PSS). This label reflects a more holistic view of quality by incorporating blocks, private feedback, user-reported events, and buyer-initiated assignment removals for quality reasons. Please note that Buyer Satisfaction has also replaced Block Rate within the Quality filter on the Provider Match page.
  • New Marketplace and My Company Icons: We’ve added new icons to the card to help quickly differentiate between marketplace and company-specific versions of the same signal.
  • My Company color differentiation: Company-specific information is now shown in light purple within the provider card, making it easy to quickly identify.

Customizable Webhook Payload

We’ve launched our customizable Webhook payload, enabling buyers to edit and format data in Field Nation before sending it to their system(s), eliminating the need for translation software.

Within this release there are 3 key features:

  1. Customizable Data Payloads
  2. Dynamic URL Routing
  3. Built-in Data Translation

These features will provide the following benefits to buyers:

  • No “Middleman” Needed – Buyers can now connect Field Nation directly to their tools (like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Jira) without needing to pay for extra integration software.
  • Smart Routing – We can now automatically send data to the right place based on the work. For example: A generic webhook can now be smart enough to send US work orders to a US server and UK work orders to a UK server automatically.
  • Cleaner Data – Instead of sending a massive data dump, buyers can now choose to receive only the specific info they need (e.g., just the Status and the Pay), making their systems faster and more efficient.
