Find the Schedule Type that works for you. We’ve released our latest schedule enhancements to give you more flexibility and control when coordinating work. If you need to give your end client a specific arrival time but want to allow providers some flexibility, Hard Start on Arrival Window lets you set a general range while enabling the provider to select a precise start time within it. If your schedule is more flexible, Arrival Windows allows providers to arrive and complete work anytime within the timeframe you define. And no matter which option you choose, Timeliness is now measured on all work orders, so providers can demonstrate their reliability and professionalism every time.
Going forward, your business name and address will automatically be included on every work order in the state of California to ensure compliance with FWPA requirements.
Buyers can mark entire work orders as a revisit, pull Work Order Activity Reports specific to Incident/Site IDs, filter by Incident/Site ID in Flightboard, and more.
